SALES & SUPPORT

SupaDupa Guru

SupaDupa is in search of a tech-savvy candidate to join our support team.
We believe that top-notch customer service is the foundation of a great company, and we’re fanatical about providing an above-and-beyond customer support experience.

The SupaDupa Guru will be responsible for WOWing our customers by quickly responding to support tickets with issues like helping customers get set up with their account and basic use of the SupaDupa platform, in addition to other requests that arise. Demonstrated proficiency with the SupaDupa product is a definite “must have.”

We’re looking for an individual who thrives in a team environment, is a great problem-solver, and is excited about improving the overall quality of SupaDupa support.

What you’ll be doing...

Focus on helping our customers achieve success with our products

  • Respond quickly to customer-submitted email requests
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through website set up, including 
identifying system and site-specific website issues with your whimsical 
powers
  • Update guides and FAQ entries to match the ever-changing technological 
universe
  • Attend weekly gathering with youramazing team mates
  • Additional responsibilities will be given with demonstrated success 


What You should already have.. 


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer facing experience desired (retail, hospitality, online support etc.)
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills
  • Familiarity with the SupaDupa platform
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS a plus

  • Abilitytoworkwellinanopen,collaborative team environment
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for art, technology and creative entrepreneurs
 

MARKETING

Marketing Interns

SupaDupa.me is looking for awesome marketing interns to join our growing team.

Your mission will include helping with marketing and event activities including managing social media accounts, writing online editorial copy, pursuing strategic business development partnerships, engaging co-marketing and distribution partners and attending relevant industry events.

Required skills and attributes:

  • Loves: People, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and the latest social outlets
  • Communication: A skillful writer who enjoys creating content and telling stories to a global audience
  • Passion: Must have a passion for the creative industry - Fashion, Art, Design.
  • Experience: Prior startup internship or work experience required.
